I have an extensive background spanning over 25 years in fostering business growth. My experience encompasses both the corporate sector and collaborating with numerous small enterprises. Specifically, I dedicated over 15 years to the home improvement industry, where my involvement encompassed a wide array of responsibilities.

 

These responsibilities included training and developing employees, establishing call centers, spearheading lead generation efforts, refining procedures and processes, crafting effective marketing strategies, enhancing branding initiatives, driving sales development, and providing coaching to team members. I am invigorated by the complexities of driving performance and holistically nurturing all aspects of a business to facilitate this.

 

My ultimate aspiration revolves around cultivating businesses from within, facilitating their expansion. I am acutely aware that successful business growth is contingent upon a multitude of factors, extending beyond mere marketing and lead generation. Every facet of the business must seamlessly align to avert any potential failures.
